I'm not famous, I'm not a celebrity chef, I am a traditional home cook. I love life, my glass is always half full! I love to be in the kitchen, cooking. I'm feeder, if you come to my house, you have to eat! I am a strong believer in using what is in season. I love big hearty meals in Autumn and Winter, and fresh light salads in Spring and Summer. My parents owned pubs, restaurants and a hotel. I have fond memories of baking with my Grandma, and watching the chefs working in the family restaurant kitchens. In my teenage years I loved to help out in the holidays. That is where my love of food comes from. I have been around food and cooking all my life and I just simply LOVE food, all kinds of food. Life is short, so whenever you can, eat well and take time out to enjoy a meal with your loved ones
