I decided to start searching for a better way; a way that has now proven to give me more energy than I ever imagined possible and also helped me lose 45 pounds of stubborn body fat in the process. I made a drastic change, 180-degree turn in all my habits. So here it is. My so called "secret, hidden formula" I used to get to where I am today is: I went ALL NATURAL.
