His writing has been published in magazines and newspapers across the country. He lives in Santa Monica, California. Joshua Maher is an artist and graphic designer. He worked at The Painted Turtle as the Arts and Crafts Lead for two of the best summers of his life. The spirit and bravery of the campers he met there served as his inspiration for these illustrations. He lives with his family in Massachusetts.
