Manning, and have tracked him to Libya, Pakistan, and Mexico but have not been able to find proof that they were making transactions of trading arms. Agent Flannon had notified Interpol and the governments of Libya and Pakistan, but again, they had not found G.D. Manning to be meeting any subversive elements in any of the countries. The Agencies were determined to not let the case go, but Agent Taylor had told Agent Flannon that they would have to drop the investigation of G.D. Manning, but he left the door open to possibly picking up the case again at a later date if the A.T.F. should be able to come up with something of substance regarding G.D. Manning's activities.
