Krystal's art journey came to life in 2017 when her husband joined the US Air Force. Working as an accountant for many years and a mother of three beautiful children, she was looking for a new hobby that was flexible with constant moves. At their first duty station Krystal started painting as therapy to pass the time and fell in love with her new watercolor medium. Krystal is a self-taught artist with great appreciation for nature in all forms and her art reflects the beauty that surrounds her. Born in Astoria, OR. raised in Tampa, FL. and currently stationed in Hawaii her instagram @Coast_To_Coast_Artist was the perfect fit. Krystal has a passion for illustrating children's books and is looking forward to creating many more captivating paintings for children to enjoy.
