Name: Mark John Green D.O.B: 26/10/1989 Born: Brighton, England At eleven years of age, Mark received 1st place in a city-wide writing competition, and was interviewed on BBCTV and Radio. At the age of fourteen, Mark began writing amateur stories online, mostly at www.fanfiction.net - there are 13 stories still in circulation on that site. (Under the alias 'Nexus Darkworld') Mark then attempted at age sixteen, to write his first professional novel, which he called 'Adventure Bound', however a lack of planning and time management resulted in this fantasy novel failing. It wasn't until age nineteen, that Mark tried again. This new fantasy novel was named 'Grey Faction', and despite best efforts, took nearly three years to finish. Grey Faction can now be found in American retailers, and online at www.lulu.com and www.amazon.com and www.smashwords.com - in a variety of different medias. Mark has since then written another seven books, some of which are only available by direct order and at book events/signings. If interested in these titles you can email us for details. In his free time, Mark enjoys reading, writing, watching anime, and practicing 'Budokan' (a practical form of Karate) which he has been learning since 1997 and currently holds the rank of 'Kikyoshi'.
