Movement:
We were created and designed to move. We are opportunistic movers, streamlined and designed for multi-joint, multiplane, dynamic movement against the force of gravity over distance. We are a system of integrated systems that only operate best in the presence of movement.
Nutrition:
The oversimplified 'calories in vs calories out' theory has been glamorised without any real biochemistry taken into consideration or no real knowledge of what's happening intrinsically. For example, 1) how different foods are used up in the body, 2) what metabolic advance you could have and 3) the effect they have on the body.
Breathing:
3 seconds without oxygen and our cells will die, all of our biological systems are dependent on oxygen to function, although the benefits to breathing are far more comprehensive than just staying alive. This chapter will open you up to a brand-new way of appreciating better breathing.
Hydration:
Water, referred to as the messenger of God by world renowned scientists. If you regulate your water in- take and work on prioritizing it during your day, you can contribute to improving your weight loss while also investing in your overall health wellbeing.
Sleep:
Besides its myriad health benefits, sleep is an integral factor in losing weight and feeling good. Focus on the natural sleep wave patterns that occur between 10 PM and 6 AM. Mindfulness:
