Ruby is a retired civil service government employee. She enjoyed being a teacher for 28 years, working for the Department of Defense Child Youth and School Services, on Fort Bragg, NC. Ruby now enjoys serving as the President of Educational Programs for Jones Global Foundation. She Co-Founded Jones Global Foundation in 2019 with her daughters { Veronica and Anastasia}.
