Calmness is the path that allows you to be an exceptional spectator of everything that happens. It enables you to contemplate everything from a privileged position, away from the influence of the mind and external distractions, which often take over and lead you to a disorderly action: to lose control and let yourself be carried away by your own thoughts.
Thanks to calmness you are present -you stop being asleep-, your body relaxes and stillness penetrates you, in such a way that it eliminates all the barriers that separate you from that space where you are with yourself, where your "true self" is.
