An e-zine crime reporter, a Boston cop, and an expert in transplant rejection come together to solve the mystery. As the maelstrom sucks them in, it is not clear which government agency can be trusted nor how high the conspiracy goes. In "Full Medical" the reader is introduced to a frightening future world that is extrapolated from today's post 9/11 events.
