Have fun learning your first words in English with this fantastic book! The 100 English words to colour and learn include food, types of transport, animals, toys, clothes and favourite children's characters, for example a fairy, a dinosaur, a mermaid, a dragon and a unicorn. The 30 delightful pages all have borders and are single sided. On each page there are 3 or 4 English words, making a total of 100 English words throughout the whole book. Once completed, this will make a lovely book to refer back to. The suggested age range for this book is children aged 7-11 but the content may also interest children of other ages who are learning English. The author, Joanne Leyland, is a qualified languages teacher with almost 20 years experience in teaching languages to children. Learning a new foreign language at an early age can be an enjoyable and useful experience, and this book would be a great introduction to English. Let's make learning English fun! This soulful book of personal poetry brought me into the past and into the present---and into my heart.
Read the first book and this 2nd one did not disappoint! Loved every chapter. More please!

Received an Advanced Reader Copy from a friend. I am an avid true crime reader and upon completion I question if the author is credible. The timeline does not add up for his age and the times of his alleged involvement in organized crime. Some of the things in the book he is alleged to have said and done I remember almost word for word from movies I had previously watched. He literally stole a scene from the movie the accountant with Ben Affleck and said that he did it. I did a little research after completing the book and learned that this author was also claiming in 2010 that he was a long time member of the Bloods Gang. That coupled with the above leads me to believe that it is nothing more than fantasy. Do not waste your time or money

What a difficult story to tell. I appreciate the honesty and vulnerability. Definitely made me think.
