Mavis Jukes has twenty years of writing experience and twenty years of teaching experience and is a member of the California bar. Lilian Cheung is a lecturer, the director of Health Promotion & Communication, and editorial director of The Nutrition Source website (www.thenutritionsource.org) at the Harvard School of Public Health's Department of Nutrition.
